Additional information: -
1. Leader for Army.
2. Why do you want to lead the Army organization?

1. Clear Vision for Growth and Development:

I would want to become a leader to bring forth a clear vision that shall ensure both personal and collective growth. I am genuinely convinced that proper strategies can bring better operational effectiveness to the organization, fortify teamwork, and, in turn, reap good morale and enhanced readiness to face challenges.

2. Discipline and Values:
A good leader should encourage discipline, unity, and commitment. I would want to encourage the culture whereby, besides compliance with regulation, the armed forces will understand the values that will make the organization strong, hence the value of honesty, responsibility, and comradeship.

3. Empowering Team Members:
Leadership is not just a set of orders but empowering others to excel. I wish the members to feel in charge of their role and challenge them to give opportunities to develop leadership skills before taking up such roles.

3. Recommendations that you have for enhancing RolePlay in the organization:

1. Clearly defined and Plausible Scenarios:
Use well-designed roleplay scenarios that reflect real military operations and challenges. This immerses the experience and renders members relevant to participate meaningfully and learn in the process.

2. Structured Feedback System:
Take feedback from the participants after every session of roleplay on what worked fine and what did not, and then discuss them as a way of what can be done better. This encourages constructive criticism, keeping aspects in continuous improvement and motivating members to perform better in subsequent sessions.

3. Role Diversity and Rotation:
There is a need to switch roles periodically so as to enhance learning and participation. This will make learners understand why there must be different roles in an organization while imp
roving individual and team performance.

Thank you
