1. I have a deep interest in maintaining law and order within the city. Becoming the leader of the Police Department allows me to actively contribute to the safety and security of the community, which has always been a personal goal of mine.
2. I believe I possess strong leadership qualities such as decision-making, discipline, and teamwork. Leading the department would give me the opportunity to guide and mentor officers, manage operations efficiently, and ensure that the department runs smoothly and professionally.
