In the provided POV u can see that Diyu Assasins and AYAN PARMAR are wearing vests at 2:14 and before their members start claiming it's a glitch.
I would like to clarify that from my POV its not possible to confirm whether its actually a glitch or not because I was shooting from a distance.
What im doing here is simply presenting proof that the Vipers were wearing vests and If the Vipers believe this is a false allegation... I request POVs from both AYAN PARMAR and Diyu Assasins to clarify the situation
