Dear Admins,

I am writing this message with great concern regarding ongoing corruption and favoritism in the current Army leadership.

As per the evidence I’ve provided, Abdul MK, Anol Samad, and Bamsi Grey were officially dismissed and blacklisted this term by Vaibhav Soni. However, they were reappointed within hours by the same general, undermining both the disciplinary system and the chain of command.

Additionally, Kiran Sharma was brought into the Army this term directly as a Colonel without relevant experience. Today, she was promoted to Commanding General, bypassing all senior officers who have served loyally for multiple terms. It is widely known that she is the wife of our current General, which raises serious concerns about conflict of interest and abuse of power.

I myself have served 5+ terms in the Army, and I’ve held the rank of Colonel for the last three consecutive terms. I have witnessed the system from inside, and such favoritism completely destroys morale, dedication, and fairness in the organization.

I respectfully request the admin team to investigate this matter and take the appropriate action to preserve the integrity of the Army and ensure leadership is based on merit, not personal relations.

The first thing is that I had never blacklisted the people whom he has named, so its first allegation is false and it is talking about other allegations, so as you know, if a leader feels that a person is doing hard work, then I can promote him and what does he want that he should get a high rank. He just Collected the fake proofs and is telling me that I was on a higher rank in the last term, so we have stopped its promotion.

Not an off topic: kiran mam joined in this term and she got Commanding General rank how it is possible and sir in given my proof you can see sir typed Approved You Will be red flagged for whole Term. (sorry sir for my mistake I typed blacklisted) it will be red flagged

Not An off topic: suppose a person was redflagged by a leader but if he is requesting for Removal of redflagge with valid reasn then we can remove their redflagge.. Now thats it from my side hope curators will take a Honest decision..

Not an off topic: sir you gave me red flagged in janodi sir term I gives you a valid reason for removal you can’t remove
