1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I have strong making decision and organizational skills. I enjoy working in a system and believe I can all Organisations improving perfectly. I want to support the departments, focusing rules properly, and helping citizens with their needs. This role will also allow me to grow my experience and take on more responsibilities in the future I am sure that I am capable for this Rank because I have experience in City I know how to handle when me face critical situations.

One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes focus too much on on my goals which can slow me down in urgent situations I am working on improving my time management to balance quality and Speed.
