1. I Know the Army Organization Well:
I have been with this group for a while, so I understand how it works. I want to keep it strong and help everyone feel like they belong.I love working with people and helping them do their best. Leading this group would give me the chance to guide and support and giving training daily to new soldiers and I protect the city all time and I make capabale deputies when me not active my deputies also handle critical situations.
2.In Roleplay we have to play in this era like more realistic feel..We should create more scenarios where members talk and work together. This will make the roleplay feel more real and fun.
Experience I have experience in state in army lot of experience bcz i was soldier 3 times in army
And all organisation experienced.
3. As a leader, I can make decisions that will help the group grow. I will make sure everyone has a role and works well together..Like they execute her self in their role..

My advice to improve my organisation..
1. My advice taking interviews properly and giving training daily to soldiers and making good team in my term and i am giving my best in city and protect citizens when he need help and i am trying to finishing crimes and and trying to active daily more times and giving respect to citizens and talking with new players be respectfuly.
