2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I want to be the leader of media for the specific reasons :
• I want to gain an experience as an leader of state organisation which helps me to deal with different situations and help me to take important decision and makes me more disciplined.
• I am working as deputy of los nómadas currently which was gaining my experience in the roleplay and making me stable for this place , My knowledge in the roleplay is enough for an leader and I worked in different roleplays on a good post.
• I want to start a new era of the professionalism in the roleplay organisations, I will surely try to do my best and will make this organisation best as possible, I want to make so many changes in the organisation and it will make the org beast and the professional organisation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Basically I have too many ideas for improving Roleplay in the organisation, here are some :
• Whole organisation should be more professional and respectful with everyone present , no matter about ranks.
• There should be a weekly training camp for every single person where they will get knowledge about the organisation and there internal rules etc..
• The Organisation should be more active and creative since it's media , all members should do there work on daily basis and I'll divide different members for different tasks and works.
• Rank system in the organisation :
Executive Ranks ( 25 - 30 ) -> These ranks will be for officials of the organisation which will hold a main position in the organisation.
High command ( 17 - 24 ) -> All the experienced players will be given hc ranks according to their knowledge and their work is too maintain the organisation and do many works for it.
Senior ranks ( 10 - 16 ) -> All these ranks will be under the high command and these are the senior ranks that will be given to members who have knowledge about the organisation and rules.
Junior ranks ( 3 - 9 ) These are the basic ranks given to members according to their work and experience.
Trainee Ranks ( 1 - 3 ) -> All these ranks are the basic newbie and trainee Ranks who are developing their knowledge about the organisation.
• The departments of the organisation will consists of ads team , journalism team and creative team which will do their different type of works and the members who have experience and knowledge about the department will only be given a higher rank in that. The department members should not break any of the rules against media.
