2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
i -> With previous experience as a Field Marshal and Admiral General, I understand the importance of discipline, strategy, and coordination. I’ve led large-scale operations, trained recruits, and managed crisis situations making me well-prepared to lead the Army.
ii-> To me, an Army is more than ranks and guns , it’s about loyalty, trust, and unity. I want to lead a team where every soldier feels like they belong, where each recruit is trained with care, and every promotion is earned through hardwork and effort.
iii->I believe in building a solid foundation where each soldier feels valued, challenged, and supported. From new recruits to high-command officers, everyone should have a clear path to success and purpose in the organization. My goal is to create a balanced system that rewards professionalism , promotes teamwork.
iv-> Being a leader is not just about giving orders; it is about managing a team, guiding them in the right direction, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I believe that a strong army needs a leader who is active, responsible, and dedicated to maintaining discipline and teamwork.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
i-> Host weekly sessions that focus on formations, communication, and tactical RP to improve realism and teamwork
ii-> I'll encourage creative and dynamic RP through planned operations (raids, defenses, escorts, etc.) that improves Interaction in Org
iii-> I'll make it clear that Army is not just about PvP , it’s about professional, immersive RP. Focus on behavior, language, and professionalism . Train members to handle situations through roleplay( Arrest, negotiations) before pulling out weapons. It’ll make the Army stand out, earn respect, and attract more serious RP players
iv-> In every week I arrange a hc meetings in ic so that this is also plays a good role play. All new joiners have to be trained and they also will do exercise like running and jumping so in this way role play became very intresting.
v-> i believe in clean and friendly environment so I will teach my all soldiers to be calm and respectful among junior and seniors & don't misbehave with other leo's so the Environment will be clean & positive.
And I also want to mention my past experience in RP Grand
