1. Regular Tranning - Training the members or highcommand for taking them to their best performance.
2. Promotion on performance - Analysing member performance and giving them give them best rank to take out there best side.
4. Weekly bonus - Rewarding members for their performance according to their activities and performance in event.
5. Daily Targets - Setting a daily Target for members and highcommand in event to get their best and profit for organisation.
