2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I have already served twice as Deputy Leader in Inferno Gang, which has given me a deep understanding of the gang's internal system, structure, and working style. I know how to manage members, handle gang activities, and maintain discipline. This experience makes me confident that I can lead the gang successfully as a Leader.
2. I am highly loyal and committed to Inferno Gang. Even when I was not in a leadership position, I always worked for the betterment and growth of the gang. Becoming Leader will allow me to take this dedication even further, by organizing events, managing territories, and ensuring the gang stays active and strong.
3. I have a clear vision to improve Inferno Gang by bringing better organization, regular activities, and strong coordination among members. I plan to introduce training sessions for new members, improve communication, and create more opportunities for everyone to participate and grow, making Inferno the top gang on the server.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1. To improve RolePlay in inferno my first advice is to build strong in-character communication. Every member should properly stay in character — whether it's during meetings, missions, or casual hangouts — so that the gang feels alive and connected.
2. I would push for more creative and meaningful RP scenes — like doing planned missions, building storylines, and making alliances or rivalries that have a real story behind them. It should feel like we are living a full gang life, not just playing randomly.
Finally, discipline is everything.
3. Following FearRP, valuing character development, and respecting gang culture will create a solid RP environment. If everyone treats Los Nomadas like a real family with real struggles and victories, we'll make a name that no one can ignore.
