1. I want to become the Leader of the Los Nómadas gang because I truly believe I have the leadership qualities and dedication needed to bring this organization to the top in this RP city. I’ve been part of the gang world for a while now and I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. I know how important it is to have a leader who is active, organized, and knows how to guide the crew in the right direction. My goal is to create a strong foundation for Los Nómadas, built on discipline, loyalty, and unity, where every member has a purpose and a role to play.
2. I want to improve Los Nómadas from the inside out. That means managing every member properly, making sure everyone is on the same page, and pushing the gang forward with organized events, solid plans, and consistent RP. I’ll keep communication strong and make sure there’s always something going on, so no one feels left out or confused. I want Los Nómadas to be known as one of the most active and respected gangs in the city, not just for our power but also for how we carry ourselves and handle business.
3. I believe in discipline and structure, which is why I’ll be adding strict rules that apply to everyone equally, no matter your rank. A gang without order is a gang that falls apart, and I won’t let that happen. I’ll make sure everyone understands what’s expected of them, and I’ll hold people accountable in a fair and respectful way. My focus is to build a gang that can stand the test of time, where members are proud to wear the Los Nómadas name and outsiders respect us because we move smart, stay solid, and never back down.

1. My advice for improving RolePlay within the Los Nómadas gang starts with structure and consistency. One of the most important things in any gang is making sure that everyone understands their role and sticks to it. We need to build detailed characters with real backgrounds, personalities, and motivations—not just shoot-first type of members. That means encouraging deeper RP like negotiations, strategic planning, and even internal drama to keep things interesting and realistic. This way, Los Nómadas stands out as a gang that actually lives and breathes in the RP city, not just exists for combat.
2. we need to focus on creating more organized and creative scenarios. Instead of always relying on violence or war, we can host illegal street races, underground events, arms deals, or secret meetings with other gangs or groups. These kinds of scenes make the RP world feel alive and give members more to be part of. I want Los Nómadas to have a reputation for doing things with style and meaning, where every move we make has a purpose behind it. We should be feared and respected not only because we’re strong, but because we know how to move smart in this RP city.

Giving members opportunities to grow in rank, earn respect, and even get into leadership roles through their actions and loyalty is key.
