a. I want to make the Army active and strong:
I will keep the Army busy every day with training, events, and tasks. We will always be ready for anything.
b. I have leadership experience:
I was Deputy Chief in PD, Temp leader in medic/hospital and Leader ofMedia. I know how to lead a team, follow the rules, and help others grow.
c. I will give bonuses, keep the gate safe, and do special missions:
Active members will get rewards. The gate will always be protected. We will also do fun missions like secret operations to make RP exciting.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
We should do more gate duty, patrols, and training. This will make Army RP feel more real and fun. People will stay active and enjoy it more.
Promotions should go to people who do good RP, help the team, and show they are ready to lead. Not just to those with high rank or long time in Army.
Work with other orgs like PD, FBI and GOV to make big RP missions, like raids or special operations. This makes the city more fun for everyone.
