ANS : 1. Deep Loyalty and Brotherhood:
I’ve been riding with Los Nómadas for a long time. This isn’t just a gang to me—it’s family. I understand our code, our values, and our struggles. Becoming leader isn’t about power, it’s about protecting that bond and making sure no one forgets what we stand for.
2. Strategic Vision and Growth:
I see where we are, but I also see where we could be. Under my leadership, I’d push us to expand our influence, sharpen our operations, and build smarter alliances. We’ll grow in strength—not just with firepower, but with brains and strategy.
3. Respect and Representation:
I’ve earned my stripes and the respect of my crew. I’ve been on the frontlines, I’ve bled with them, and I’ve stood tall when things got rough. As leader, I’d represent every soldier with pride and make sure everyone—from prospects to OGs—has a voice.

After the session, hold a debrief to discuss what happened, what was learned, and what could be improved.
Use this for both skill development and continuous improvement of the RP format itself.
2. Make It Regular
Roleplay gets better with practice. Doing it regularly helps build comfort and trust.
Start with simple scenarios and work up to more complex ones.
3. Gamify When Appropriate
Introduce light competition, points, or achievements for fun.
Especially useful in training scenarios (e.g., sales, negotiation, crisis management)
