2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?
1. Extensive Experience & Leadership Skills:
I have worked three terms in the Army: as a Colonel, as a Major General and as a AG. The roles have not only contributed to the way I fight and how I tactically approach a mission but my leadership skills as well. I know the chain of command, discipline, and strategic planning needed to be an effective leader.
2. Vision to Strengthen the Army:
I want to get the Army to greater heights by improving recruitment, training and operational efficiency. What I want is for the Army to always be ready to protect the state and to respond to threats.
3. Commitment to Team & Roleplay Quality:
I am very dedicated to the standards of RP and teamwork. Being a leader I will promote active duty and will train regularly with every soldier feeling motivated and valued. My belief is to be a leader by example and with discipline, loyalty and integrity.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization:
1. Mandatory Gate Duty for All Soldiers:
The minimum time a member of the Army should do gate duty is 2 hours every day. This secures the base, shows activity, and provides the RP interaction with the civilians or any other department in the area.
2. Mandatory Patrolling for MP Units:
On the inside the base, members of the Military Police (MP) team should do at least 2 patrols per day, one inside the base and one outside. It still has a strong presence, discourages non RP near the base, and increases overall RP opportunities.
3. Chain of Command is the focus of Serious RP.
Soldiers have to respect the chain of command, stay in character and not mix or troll. An active and disciplined army allows high quality RP from within the faction but also from all over the server.
4. Development of Spec Ops & Inter-Department RP:
We will choose, among all the best MG and AGs, the most disciplined and the most skilled ones to manage the Spec Ops department, because they are the ones that can take responsibility for high risk missions. We will also attempt to coordinate joint city patrols with the FBI in order to enhance inter department coordination and bring the RP to a more advanced level.
