-- I am a experienced player I have worked in many organizations my old dev hg id is deleted but I still have the opportunity to become a leader ... I have worked in all gangs and learn many things...

-- I know all rules and regulations about gang it will help in various things like I will not do any mistakes I will not see the experience of the person if anyone wants to join los nomadas then he should only know the rules...

-- I saw many high commands that they are rude to juniors so I will teach them to not to be rude .
-- I will make a special high command team that will teach gang members to shooting and driving as los nomadas loss in many COT too so it will help it..
-- I will give verbal warnings to hc if I knew that hc is giving promotion to there friends.
-- I will organise a special day where all will get promotion on there hardwork to enhance the work ..
