- Why I want to be leader for this organization?
1- leadership experience - I have a great leadership experience in role play. I am 2 times deputy of liberty, 1 time inferno , also I am ex.brigadier of Army MP . so I have good leadership skills . I have worked a lot in army and have a good past experience, with my experience in army I will make my term best term of Army . So I want to be the leader of Army .
2- Knowledge of Rules - I have knowledge of all the rules and works of Army , so that I am able to run my term smoothly and without any type of warning and mistakes . I am also able to apply the rules in organisation and make the term best ever.
3- I am able to run organisation as a leader because I have experience and if I got chance to serve as leader of Army , I ensure safety of citizens in the city .
- My advice to improve the role-play in the organization:
• By hiring disciplined and well trained officers in organisation.
• By not giving direct hc rank to anyone ( except 1 or 2 to run organisation in starting)
• By maintaining strict rules in the organisation.
• By using real life military protocols in role play .
• By hiring citizens without any type of discrimination.
