On 17 April near around 4:00 pm IST , I purchased in game pack of 499 INR but received no rewards then I put forum at around 5:15 pm regarding all this issue with all the proofs except my transaction id , then sir at night in India JETIX sir replied and told me to add transaction id , tomorrow morning I added it also stated that i need in game rewards not refund .
Sir then I waited for 3 days and still got no respond .
Therefore , I made my decision to tell all this matter to high officials like LeBron PLuxury as he was the guy who saw my forum against JETIX and solved my issue in just one day .
Sir , kindly solve my issue so that I can get the rewards in game .
Sir , I have published all proofs of picture of purchase on imgur ( below this message) and video of purchase in proof section .
