2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

Ans:

i. Capabilities of Leading provided with Commendable Experience: At the moment I serve as the Chief of department in army, so I know how the management and leadership of a state organisation is done. As a deputy I do a lot of my chief's work, so he passes a lot on to me and I take all his work. That has made me gain a lot of experience. I do have some connections with some people like the ex chief of police, so i know about the police department and its most important development areas.

ii. Combined Roleplay phenomena: I have one of the best rp experience in the city. I organised a lot of roleplay events in the hospital(check up, surgery etc.), I even hosted cross-state events with other organisations. There are ways in which I know to increase police rp.

iii. Motivation on serving the city: I want to make a great police team to serve the city and its laws. A department which will enforce law on every citizen without any form of discrimination. The police department would be the role model of Law enforcers if I get the leadership of police. That’s not what I am trying to claim, I will prove it when I get the leadership.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

(i) Regular Roleplay Training sessions: I would hire experienced deputies and high commands who are knowledgeable about RP. They will conduct weekly RP training sessions for all our employees and high commands so that…

(ii) Incorporation of Roleplay Events: I would conduct a lot of realistic roleplay events relevant to police work(e.g. crime scenes, interrogation, special operations). I would work with other state organizations in a collaborative manner. My high commands will properly manage these events to ensure the best RP experience for everyone.

(iii) Making a good hierarchy and taking feedback: I would make sure clear and understandable roles and responsibilities are defined for each and every employees and high commands. All of pd members will better understand their work and be performance efficient. I would take feedback from all my employees and high commands to make our organization better. These people will be made to feel valued because I respect their opinions and put their suggestions into consideration.
