The 1st things is that for becoming a leader for Vipers gang is! I have good experience in gang because of when I started the game I joined the gang 1st And then my journey starts.
Iam Under Deputy Of Vipers Gang, Los Nomadas Gang, Liberty Gang and Of Inferno Gang. Hence I have Good Experience in Ghetto.

1). Establish a Strong Identity
Theme & Vibe: Decide what kind of gang the Vipers are. Are they ruthless street thugs, cartel-inspired, or something unique?
Backstory: Create a shared origin story. How did the Vipers start? Who was the founder? What does the name symbolize?
Rules & Code: Establish an in-character code (e.g., loyalty, no snitching, always protect Vipers).
2). Stay Professional OOC
Respect Admins and Rules: Stay on the server's good side.
No Powergaming or Metagaming: Keep it real and fair. Don’t use OOC info IC.
Encourage RP Over Winning: A good story is more important than always “winning.”
