2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
[ First of all I will do and open interview to collect active members from different times zones. I will challenge the police by increasing crime in the city and I ensure you that I will do all the crimes under the gang rules I will don't break even a single rule. I will do weekly meetings with my members so that I can listen and solve their problems I will also do meeting with my hc's in 15 days. I will choose best deputy's so that they can assist me during critical situations and I will choose best HC so that taken take interviews and invite more active members. ]
Experience & Leadership Skills: I have been an active player in RP Grand for a long time and have deep knowledge of how criminal organizations function. I’ve previously been a part of various gangs (like at 7th rank in inferno and also experience los nomads) and understand how to manage members, plan events, and enforce discipline.
Strategic Mindset: I enjoy planning heists, kidnappings, and tactical operations. As a leader, I will introduce well-thought-out plans and events that give all members a chance to participate actively and enjoy high-quality RP.
Team Building & Training: I am passionate about building a strong, loyal, and active team. I will conduct regular training sessions, promote fair rankings, and ensure that everyone knows their role in the Vipers.

To improve RolePlay in Vipers, I will focus on realistic communication, daily RP events (like robbing, or turf wars), and reward-based tasks to keep members motivated. I will also ensure everyone follows RP rules strictly and help new players learn proper RP through training and mentorship.
