2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Reason 1 :- I want to join the vipers because I have lot experience in RP GRAND mobile from few months and I have a good knowledge of all the rules and I am also ex member officer the vipers.
Reason 2 :- I have a polite language and behaviour with our juniors and due to this he was comfortable to talk with me easily and I have a good communication skill and a good behaviour with our juniors. I have a good knowledge of all the server, ghetto, and event rules.
Reason 3 :- I also have a lot of experience in state organisations because I also work in army as a commander of HRT, In PD as a DHOD of HR and In FBI as a assistant senior officer etc. Due to this I will handle any type of person east.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Advice 1 :- To improving the role play we gives the best training to the joiners and also prepare the all with make him perfect and fearlessness.
Advice 2 :- To improving the role play I make a certificate channel in wich a better player who play well and give the more time in IC is choose and due to this the others player play more and improving the role play
Advice 3 :- To improving the RolePlay we are differentiate the work according to the ranks and due to this the all things are managed In a right ways and also attend the events to improving the RolePlay.
Advice 4 :- I will arrange twice meeting in a week In which we solve the doubts of all the employees and highcommand and we make a warning channel in which if anyone do any mistake then we gives him warning and after the 3 warning we punished him its also increase the RolePlay.
