1. Loyalty and Commitment: I have always been a committed and loyal member of the Vipers gang. I really enjoy the values, solidarity, and general atmosphere of the gang. I would like to assist the gang in becoming even more powerful and establishing a good reputation on the server.
2. Leadership Skills: I possess excellent leadership skills that I have gained from my RP experience and gang wars. I am aware of how to strategize, make intelligent decisions, and encourage other members – all of which are essential leadership qualities.

1. Roles and Responsibilities
Each member in the organization must have a defined role such as leader, deputy, recruiter, or scout. Each role must have defined responsibilities that they adhere to while RPing. This keeps members in character and provides organization. With defined roles, RP becomes more realistic and engaging. It also simplifies it for new members to know their position.
2. Character Development
Challenge members to create their character's background and personality. Consider their history, ambitions, fears, and characteristics that set them apart. Individualized characters make the interaction more enjoyable and memorable. Urge in-character (IC) dialogue instead of out-of-character (OOC) speech. These things take your organization's RP to a higher level.
