Passion for Leadership: I’ve always enjoyed taking on leadership roles and guiding a team. Leading the hospital would allow me to create a well-organized, efficient, and respected medical unit.

Commitment to RolePlay: I’m dedicated to high-quality roleplay and want to ensure hospital staff maintain professional and immersive interactions with the community.

Vision for Improvement: I plan to improve hospital services through structured training, better coordination with other organizations, and hosting health-related RP events to engage the server.

Implement structured onboarding and regular training for staff to enhance realism. Create specialized units (e.g., emergency response, surgery, mental health) to diversify RP. Maintain detailed medical records and encourage staff to use medical terminology to make RP more immersive.
