2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
1 I want to become leader because it’s my dream to become leader and I choose hospital because of its work here in hospital there is no type of fighting and we have to cure everyone without any exception like a cop and a gangster we have to cure everyone without any exception like.
2 I came to hospital in alpha man term and I have learned everything about hospital and now I am fully ready to take hospital term and I know about rules of rp that is needed for leadership and I think this experience and knowledge will make me best leader.
3. I want to become leader because i have to do many changes in hospital like to make hospital and labs active I’ll plan something for hospital with my deputies and I’ll make hospital best organisation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organisation ?
1 I will remove the application system and I will recruit trainees by submitting their id and they must have 3 level because if we do it level 2 then we will not get good employees.
2 I’ll take proper high command meeting and I will ask them about problems in hospital and I will try to solve it with my deputies.
3 I will also try to do collaborations with the Law Enforcement Organizations such as PD/FBI/Goverment in the situation of Blood Camps, Check-ups for Officials inorder to improve the Role Play.
