I want to be the leader of Hospital because its my aspiration to lead HP after 2 terms Because of my Experience in HP and as Well as in another Organizations (2x Division Chief in HP ,1x Deputy Chief) (Currently Temp Chief) I am committed to improving Hospital Services, my accumulated experience and expertise and willing to mentor others has established good relationship within the HP community. I have a vision for the future, and a drive for innovation in the field.
I would also like to acknowledge the all past Chiefs' dedication and enthusiasm for doing such great work during their respective terms but certain things can always be improved or worked on to achieve higher goals and set new standards.
After becoming the leader of HP, I would like to bring in the following changes to it

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.

After Becoming Leader of HP i would make sure all employees do quality RP,I will only Recruit Employees who know proper English who have Mic and Have Great Communications Skills So that Only People who have Good knowledge of Rules And RP will join i will also make sure That While Giving heal, Selling Medkits ,The Employee Does Proper RP with the Person Opposite to maintain Quality RP,I will Also keep all Experienced HC who maintain proper RP when i am not in City.

Goals For Organization
1) Increase Activity on Med Labs and Ambulance Patrolling
2) Hiring Employees from All Time Zone and Keep Org active 24x7.
3) Finish Term without Any Warnings.
