1. Leader for: Hospital
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Leadership Experience:
I’ve worked as the Chief of Human Resources in the Army and I’m currently serving as the Deputy General, which has improved my leadership skills even more. I’ve handled recruitment, managed issues between members, and helped teams work better together. For me, being a leader means supporting the team, solving problems, and making smart decisions and I’ve already done all of that.
Medical Work Experience:
I worked as a Deputy dean of division for many days, where I learned the hospital’s rules, helped patients, and worked closely with the staff. This gave me a good understanding of how things work in the hospital and what can be improved.
Also, since I’m a medical student in real life, I already have a good understanding of how medical procedures work, which helps me do medic RP in a more realistic way.
FURTURE PLANS:
FURTURE PLANS:
I care about the quality of medical RP. Many times, people skip or rush through medical scenes. If I become the leader, I’ll make sure roleplay becomes more realistic and fun for everyone.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Better Training for Medics:
New medics will go through proper training where they’ll learn how to treat patients, respond to emergencies, and talk to others in a roleplay way.
Realistic Medical RP:
I will make sure medics to follow step-by-step treatment instead of rushing. This will make RP more interesting and serious.
