I want to be the Leader of the Government because the Government plays the most important role in maintaining law, order, and development. A strong and active government ensures the safety of the state and creates opportunities for the people. I believe I have the leadership skills and the vision to take it to the next level.
I. I have experience as a Deputy Minister and Head of HR Department in LEO Ok Sir, Term where I learned a lot about team management, training, and decision-making. My goal is to make sure the government departments are managed efficiently and that I listen to the needs of the citizens and work hard to address them.

I. Regular Combat Simulation With Tactical Operations And Even Scenario Use In Training Will Keep The Employees Ever-prepared Against Anything.
II. To Make Sure The Employees Remain Professional, Strict Rules And Discipline And Ethical Guildlines Should Be In Place.
III. To Assist New Recruit In Learning And Growing, Instruction Should Be Provided.
IV. Under My Command, A Powerful And Disciplined Government With Great Respect Will Be Here To Take Shape. I Would See It With High Dedication And Loyalty, Laws And Responsibilities Required To Protect The State And Citizens Would Be Maintained.
V. I Will Organise Events For Improvement In Skills And Knowledge Would Be Continued Quite Regularly. I Would Choose Event Winners With Many Prestigious Awards And Certificates.
