I enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly on the server. Becoming an assistant would give me the chance to support and help the admins, I also see this as a great opportunity to grow my leadership and management skills while being part of something I genuinely care about.

I stay calm under pressure and I can make clear decisions, even in tough situations.

Sometimes I put too much pressure on myself.
