- I will also provide training on how to act and respond effectively in all kinds of situations. Having spent a long time in this city, I’m well-versed in its rules and regulations. My experience in both gang and state organizations, which gives me a unique perspective on how to improve our systems from the inside out.
-It’s clear that in recent times, certain past terms of the PD haven’t performed as expected. I want to change that. My goal is to contribute meaningfully and help restore and enhance the legacy of the Police Department throughout the city. I already have several strong plans for the future of the PD, some of which are detailed further below.
-With my background and confidence, I’m ready to collaborate with other organizations to make the PD more effective in fighting crime and maintaining peace in our communities.
-Additionally, I will ensure that all officers under my command maintain a respectful and calm demeanor, regardless of rank. There will be no room for misbehavior towards fellow LEOs. This approach will help create a professional, clean, and cooperative environment across the department.

- Raise awareness about general city rules and regulations to help citizens avoid trouble.
-Introduce structured training programs for newcomers to help them understand operations and contribute effectively.
-Implement incentive systems like joining bonuses and rewards for participation in events and special operations.
-Foster active engagement across the department to keep the organization proactive and dynamic.
-Establish a transparent, merit-based promotion system to eliminate favoritism.
-Enforce a strict disciplinary framework to deal with toxicity and rule-breaking staff.
-Maintain a zero-tolerance policy to uphold professionalism, respect, and integrity.
Departments
The Human Resources (HR) department is the heart of the PD. It handles recruitment, bringing in fresh talent, and it also trains new agents to make sure they understand the organization’s role and how to RP properly in different scenarios. Proper training helps everyone, especially newer players, to stay in character and enjoy more immersive RP.
The Internal Affairs (IA) department plays a critical role in keeping the organization clean. This department is in charge of preventing corruption within the PD, ensuring that all agents follow the rules. IA will checks body cam footage & logs to make sure agents are performing their duties correctly, handles log checks, and monitors overall activity to make sure no one is cutting corners. It creates a transparent environment where every agent knows they’re accountable.
Then, we have the Gang Suppression Unit (GSU), which is our combat and rapid response team. This unit will be involved in the city's most intense situations—like gang raid. They work closely with other law enforcement groups and lead covert operations on gangs. This team will be the first to respond to red alerts, and they are tasked with executing tactical operations with precision, keeping the city safe from organized crime.
Finally, there’s the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). This department is vital for gathering evidence on gangs and criminal organizations. They’ll lead convert investigations and raids to seize illegal weapons, shut down crime rings, and stop the flow of firearms into the wrong hands. CID will focus on long-term investigations, making sure our RP has depth and continuity, as every action will have real consequences for crime in the city.
