1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I’ve learned through experience that leadership isn’t just about giving orders it’s also about knowing how to support, guide, and work as a team. Right now, I serve as the Leader of the Army, and before that, I was the Deputy Leader in a gang and the Head of Department in the Police Department. These roles taught me how to handle pressure, manage people, and most importantly, stay organized and focused no matter the situation.
Being an assistant might seem like a small role to some, but I see it differently. An assistant is the backbone the one who helps everything run smoothly. I know how departments work, how teams function, and how to communicate clearly and respectfully. I’ve been in high-command positions, so I understand the importance of having someone reliable, disciplined, and mature on your side. That’s what I want to bring to this role—experience, loyalty, and 100% dedication.
2. What are your strengths?
My strengths are being responsible, organized, and a good communicator. I always try to keep things in order and make sure tasks are done the right way and on time. I listen carefully to instructions and follow them properly, but I can also take action on my own when something needs to be done. I stay calm even in stressful situations and try to find smart and simple solutions to problems.
Another strength is that I’m a fast learner. If something is new, I don’t panic I take my time to learn it and do it correctly. I’m also very loyal and honest. If I say I will do something, I will give my best to complete it. As an assistant, I know it’s important to support others, help the team, and always be ready when needed. That’s the kind of person I am.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I take too much responsibility on myself. I try to help everyone and finish everything perfectly, which can make me feel tired or stressed. I’m learning to manage my time better and ask for help when I need it. Another weakness is that I can be a bit quiet at first when I join a new team. But once I understand the people and the system, I open up and start giving my best. I believe every weakness can be improved, and I always try to work on myself and learn from my mistakes.
4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
No, at the moment I don’t have any IRL problems that stop me from being active. I manage my time well between studies and other things, so I can be online regularly. If anything important ever comes up in real life, I will inform the team in advance. But right now, I’m fully available and ready to give my best.
