2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation):
From a government point of view I will be a good face for the governor as I have 8 months of experience in (grand rp) and I am familiar with all rules and regulations as by being a Governor I will appoint good lawyers as in past terms of govt. We have seen many cases are pending till now.My goal is to build a collaborative environment where all members feel valued and motivated to contribute, enhancing the overall roleplay experience.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
The government should be helping all state organizations , and providing them as they work for the Government.
I will make a department to do a field interview/training they will take test of every soldiers to check them they are fit in there rank or not.
I will secure all my members to be calm and respectful among junior and seniors& don't misbehave with other leo's so the Environment will be clean
