1. With over a year of gaming experience in Role Play and with the experience of five months in fbi , And in the journey from trainee to Assistant director under the leadership of MR.MARLEGA and the two term as Deputy director under the leadership of MR.GANDHI I learned a lot in this journey and learned how a leader runs an Organisation. My role has allowed me to mentor and train new players . I help them grasp the concept of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character.
2. I will create an atmosphere of fairness and creativity, encouraging my officers and agents to engage in fair Role Play.

2. Basic & Advanced Training : Ensure Agents go through the proper training that covers FBI procedures, investigation techniques, and tactics
