1. Leader for the hospital organization and for improving the organization.
2. My three reasons of why I want to be leader are as follows:
i) I want to be leader of this organisation so I can improve its working more , i will as a leader improve the organisation's efficiency which will help it to deliver best and fast treatment to the patients.
ii) As a leader I will create a very happy environment in the organisation so that the employees feel motivated and don't get tired from their work because a good environment increases the working capacity of a person and many employees need it in this organisation as there is so much stress.
iii) This organisation needs a leader who can make co-ordination between employees and the patients, There should be respect between the employees, this will help to increase discipline, And I can as a leader will do it, This organisation is for protecting lives of the citizens and as such we have to work together as a team. I think I understand the working of organisation more. This organisation needs a lot of discipline and co-ordination between each other
3) My advice for improving the roleplay in this organisation would be that work as a team and always respect each other, the patients need this organisation very much so there should be discipline and proper policies in the organisation, this will help the organisation to be more realistic and last I want to say unity is the best policy.
