Q.1: Leader for: Liberty.
Q.2: Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation).
Ans:-
1. Their is main reason to become leader of Liberty is it's my first gang from where I started my journey of Ghetto and from this gang I also learned alot of things it's a different type of attraction with it so I want to be leader of Liberty.
2. I always trying to become leader of a gang because I think it's hard to handle the gang but not much as I have seen different types of leaders so I wants to be leader of Liberty.
3. I Think that I have sufficient knowledege to become the leader and have to gain more knowledge and to share my knowledge to the peoples and I also thinks that if I teach peoples about rules and roleplay then it's best for our ic environment so I decided to be leader of Liberty.
→ My past experience of Ghetto :-
• Hc in Liberty 1st term whole term.
• Hc in 2nd and 3rd terms of Los Nomadas whole term.
• Under deputy of Los Nomadas 4th term whole term.
• Ex deputy of Los Nomadas.
•Ex deputy of Inferno.
• Deputy of vipers currently.
Q.3: Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans: There is some tips or plans for improving Roleplay in the organization:-
1. Firstly a leader should experienced deputies who have past experience of Ghetto and Concentrate on recruiting only those peoples who have knowledge about rules and they know how to be in Roleplay later giving chance and encouraging new players to have a good ghetto experience.
2. To improve performance, Organisation should announce a turf team
who helps in events like CoT and army raids . Organisation also plan for a dedicated turf leader and co-leaders of turf team who leads the team during events.
3. Have to make a bonus system and have to provide bonus
to gang members who do their best in org and have to also announce the best member of the week who do his/her best in the org and shows his/her activities in the events and org works.
