2.Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
i. I have the quality to be a mentor . I have good decision making skills . And i like to compete as many as responsibilities which are given to me. I have good motivating skills and communication skills.
ii.To make our gang at the table top , at first I'll try to understand the strength and the weaknesses of each gang member. I'll give deligating task effectively and also manage the emerging conflicts in the gang. I'll make sure the activeness of each member and contain daily practice session to improve thier skills.
iii. As I'm playing RP Grand from many months and I have a great experience in it. I have worked with government as a supervisor and in gang as a turf leader. I also have a experience of Grand Rp ( PC VERSION) . I have great knowledge about rules and knowledge about RP.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in Organisation.
i.To focus on creating supportive environment using relevant scenarios and feedback. And encouraging reflection and mistakes.
ii.Tailor training to individual needs by personalizing training programmes to address specific challengees and issues .
iii.To focus on character immersion and detailed interaction and respectfully communication , While avoiding common pitfalls.
iv. Focus on character in depth and contributing to narrative and to Goals .
