1. why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I want to enjoy the work by my skills and satisfaction, I also want to support and contribute to admin team. I also have a good knowledge of RP and I respect for the fair play. Also I want to support the peoples with any queries and there issues, main motive to is that I want to see RP Grand at next level and as assistant admin can do rp it is better way to contribute to admin team.
2. what are your strengths?
- rp knowledge: i know the rp rules and mechanics, and can guide players to keep things fair.
- quick decision making: i can make decisions quickly and fairly
- communication: i can communicate clearly
- problem solving: i can find solutions to problems fast
- admin experience: i have experience with other rpg before
- fair play: i ensure rules are applied fairly to everyone.
3. what are your biggest weaknesses?
- impatience: i sometimes get frustrated when things don’t go fast, but i’m working on being more patient.
- overthinking: i can analyze situations too much.
- talking too much: i sometimes talk too much, but i’m working on being more concise.

no, i’m currently on summer holidays, so i have plenty of time to be active on the server.
