1. Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I enjoy helping others and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I believe that a well-organized system improves the overall experience for everyone involved. In an RP environment, having an efficient and supportive assistant can make a big difference in maintaining order, solving problems quickly, and improving the roleplay experience. I have a good experience of helping people and serve them as i was ex colonel in army and cm in government.
I’m also someone who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving. Being an assistant allows me to contribute by handling administrative tasks, assisting players, and ensuring that rules and guidelines are followed. My goal is to create a positive and professional environment where things run efficiently, and people can enjoy their RP without unnecessary disruptions.

One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes focus too much on making everything perfect, which can slow me down. I like to ensure that tasks are done flawlessly, but I’ve learned that in a fast-paced environment, efficiency is just as important as quality. To improve, I’ve been working on prioritizing tasks and learning when "good enough" is sufficient to keep things moving.
Another weakness is that I tend to take on too many responsibilities at once. While I’m good at multitasking, sometimes I push myself too hard. I’ve been improving by delegating when necessary and managing my workload more effectively.

No, I don’t have any real-life issues that would prevent me from being active. I have a stable schedule and can commit the necessary time to my role as an assistant.
