Build structured scenarios that correspond with the organization’s objectives.
Encourage Immersion & Realism
Identify realistic dialogue, protocols, and interactions
Be accountable by introducing punishments for actions.
Regular Training & Workshops
Roleplay and practice to improve communication and problem-solving skills.
Conduct feedback rounds for creating reality and performance.
