2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I wanna be the leader of this specific organisation because of these reasons :
1) EXPERIENCE - I have a great experience in both criminal and state organisation and in criminal organisations , I am ex under deputy in inferno and liberty gang and I have a high command experience in vipers and los nomdas. These experience make me more applicable for this post and in state organisation I have high command experience in many organisations.
2) KNOWLEDGE - I have a great knowledge of all the rules of roleplay and my past experience in many organisations and gangs makes my knowledge more good and because of high command experience in organisations , I have a great knowledge of all the internal rules of the gangs , I have knowledge about gang rules and everything important in gang.
3) SKILLS AND NATURE : I have a great leadership skills and my nature is very nice with everyone and every citizen in the city I always tried to talk with them in a friendly and communicative way and try to interact with everyone , my skills in gang make me more applicable for this post and as an leader I can show my skills and try to make the gang more powerful and best in the city.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay
in the organization.
My advice for improving Roleplay in this organisation :
1) PROFESSIONALISM - A gang should be professional in every type of work and should be in a good way to everyone.
2) KNOWLEDGE - High command of a gang should have a great knowledge of every rules and everyone should follow that rules.
3) GREAT EXPERIENCE - High command should also have a great experience for that post.
4) FAIR AND PEACEFUL - A gang should be fully fair and peaceful in b/w there members & with everyone and members should not break any rule and if anyone do so , he/she should get the punishment according to rules.
5) EVENTS - A gang should be professional in every events and like in pf and army raid or cot event , they should not break any of the rules or should have a knowledge of them.
6) FAIR RANK SYSTEM AND INTERVIEW PROCESS - A gang should be fair in rank system and every person should get rank according to their interview and without interview no one should get any rank and if anyone do so , he/she should be punished.
7) GREAT HC MEMBERS - A gang should have best members and applicable members for high command post , and basically Deputies and under Deputies should be professional and applicable for that post.

• I WILL TRY MY BEST TO MAKE THE GANG MORE POWERFUL.
