I am writing to appeal the punishment I received under ER 1.9 (prohibiting the use of personal cars for gang events). After reviewing the POV provided in the forum, I believe the punishment may have been applied unfairly.
The footage does not show me driving a personal car to a gang event. It only captures me approaching my car and then entering PF. In the video, it is evident that I was merely stopped because the car was an obstacle, not because I was using it for transportation to the event.
I was on my way to PF after completing graffiti and stopped due to the car's positioning. However, at no point does the POV show me driving or exiting the car to participate in a gang event and i was doing graffiti and then pf event started as i was close so i decided to come walking.Given this, I respectfully request a review of my case and reconsideration of the applied punishment.
