Sir as u can see in this pov the deputy of liberty assassin rana is pinging citizens in announcements again and again in morning he posted one announcement and in evening he posted 2 announcements with the difference of almost 1.5 hours so I want to ask that they are annoying citizens again and again by doing hiring announcement so if they do announcements 2 times in a day so it was more better then pinging more times.
