I have knowledge about the rules and regulations of Server and knowledge of all the state organization. I have got experience in all state org as a High Command except Army and I was the Ex. COO Of Media and got much knowledge of all departments and how it works
I will give my best to Media after becoming a Leader. Also I choose this organization because I want to become a leader of a state organization and get some experience in it soo I have choosed media for it
My dreams and vision and my hardwork to gain knowledge and skills in the City Of Rp Grand was for only one purpose to lead Media One Day. I want to become leader of Media because I'm very Passionate and envisioned about this work. I want to provide the best services and facilities to the Citizens of Rp Grand and I believe leading the Media will be the Best Way to achieve this goal.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I will give my best and always will try to make the employees happy in Media.
I will try to make the Media most active organization then others and hardworking. I will make many changes in the Media in the terms of Work. I will always help my staff and help them what to do here.
I will give training to all of the members and will make the Members Trained and Knowledgeable. I will try my best to make the Hr Department one of the best working department because this acts as an corner stone for the development of the Whole Organization.
I will make an Efficient and Proper Bonus System for the Members of the Organization this incredibly boost the working of the Organization and also improves the livelihood for the members of the Organization.
