1. Leader for: Army
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this organization?
Being a leader is not just about giving orders; it is about managing a team, guiding them in the right direction, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I believe that a strong army needs a leader who is active, responsible, and dedicated to maintaining discipline and teamwork.
A leader should always be fair and treat every member with respect. Good communication between members is necessary for an army to function properly. I will make sure that everyone in the army understands their role and responsibilities.
My goal is to make the army stronger by ensuring that every member gets proper training and understands the rules of engagement. A well-organized army will always be more effective in missions and battles.
Army experience: I'm very long time in army term and I have a more experience for High Command and senior HRT there has been no mistake.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
Regular Training Sessions: All members should receive proper training to improve their combat skills and teamwork. Training will help in handling real situations during missions.
Clear Rules and Guidelines: The army should have clear rules that everyone follows. This will help in maintaining discipline and order.
More RolePlay Activities: We should create more events and scenarios where members can participate in roleplay situations. This will make the experience more engaging and realistic.
Better Communication: A strong chain of command will ensure that everyone follows orders and reports to their higher-ups. This will improve coordination and overall efficiency.
As a leader, my priority will be to make the army an organized and disciplined force where every member plays an important role.
Sir, I hope you understand my efforts.
Thanking you
