2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?

  1. I know the Army system well:
    • I have been in the Army for a long time and understand how everything works.
    • I have served three terms as HUMAN RESOURCE Director and also two times as a Deputy Leader in gangs.
    • This experience has given me a strong sense of leadership, teamwork, and decision-making.
  2. I want to make RolePlay more realistic:
    • I believe that Army RolePlay should feel more immersive and structured.
    • We should focus on training, organizing missions, and tactical drills to make RP engaging.
    • I have experience in handling large teams, which will help in improving the Army’s roleplay standards.
  3. I can make smart decisions for the organization:
    • A leader isn’t just someone who gives orders but someone who can make the right calls at the right time.
    • With my experience in both Army and Gang leadership, I understand how different factions operate.
    • I will ensure that every soldier has a role and knows how to execute it properly.

      And these all things confident me that I can lead at higher level and become a best leader for army.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization?​

  • Organized training sessions – Regular practice sessions for soldiers to improve their combat and coordination skills.
  • Clear ranking system – A defined chain of command will help maintain discipline and order.
  • More interactive RP scenarios – War drills, City Patrollings and emergency response etc, etc... simulations will keep RP interesting and active.
