- I am involved in RP from last 1 year I start from grand rp and now rp grand as I have seen there is lack of professionalism in army I will make changes that I already started working on it.
- I was MG in Ranja's term where my thoughts about NG before joining were that NG is very boring and not worth joining but when I joined I got to know that NG is one of the most fascinating Org among any other Org as I am very much worked in LEO's and now I want to lead of army as my stepping stone.
- I will secure my all soldiers to be calm and respectful among junior and seniors & don't misbehave with other leo's so the Environment will be clean & positive.
- I am really a very friendly guy and I would make sure that NG makes Good Relations with every other ORG and resolving the issue ASAP if any chaos or issue creates in between the ORG.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• I will introduce a new departments like
Internal review division ( IRD )
If there is any officer complaint from internal or external (other legal orgs) the dep. will review the case.
1st Armored division ( 1AD )
It will mantain 24/7 protection of gates
• I will give a proper awareness regarding the general rules and regulations of City so that people will avoid any kind of mistakes and stay out of trouble. Additionally, I'll introduce proper training programs for newcomers, enabling them to understand the organisation operations and contribute effectively to the city's safety and pride.
• I intend to introduce incentives such as rewards for participation in each and every events as well as special operations. This lead to foster active engagement from all members, ensuring that our organization remains proactive and dynamic. Furthermore, I'll establish a transparent promotion system solely based on merit, eliminating any room for favoritism.
•To deal with any kind of toxicity and rule-breaking staff and maintaining a healthy organizational culture. I'll implement a strict disciplinary action framework. Individuals found violating regulations will face appropriate consequences. This zero-tolerance approach underscores our commitment to upholding standards of professionalism and integrity.
