I hope you're doing well. I recently applied for the Police Department Leader position, but my application was rejected with the feedback to "Earn More Experience in PD and feel free to apply again in the future."
I completely respect the decision, but I would like to formally request an interview to showcase my leadership abilities and experience.
I believe my experience in leadership, high command positions, and managing large organizations qualifies me for this role. If my performance in an interview or during my current term is not up to expectations, I am open to constructive feedback. However, I strongly believe in fair chances, and I would appreciate the opportunity to prove my capabilities through an interview.
Additionally, I have future plans for the Police Department to improve its structure and operations. I was previously selected for an interview when PD applications were open, but at that time, I accepted that I lacked enough experience. However, I have since gained extensive leadership experience, and I am confident in my ability to lead and enhance the PD efficiently.
I kindly request you to consider taking my interview before making a final decision. If I fail, I will accept the rejection gracefully, but I believe I now have the experience, vision, and dedication to make a positive impact on the department.
