members of the Los Nomadas Gang suddenly arrived at our base and initiated an attack without any prior interaction. This act violates the RP rules as they engaged in deathmatching (DM) and fail RP without any proper RP initiation.

As per the server rules, all interactions leading to combat should have valid RP reasoning, but in this case, they engaged in combat without warnings, negotiations, or roleplay buildup
 
1) As you can see in above pov at timespam of 3:25 Ian Milesfcu Started killing us then only we started shooting so it's not dm
2) Army Cuffed and torturing our member named Tapu so he called backups at gates and we came there talking with fellow soldier to leave him and we were doing rp to release him so it's not failrp
3) Fellow Army Soldier didn't provide pov when we were doing rp and putting false allegations of failRP
4) Ansh Leader of Inferno was not present at that situation and still he is commenting on this forum so I request to take action against him for off topic
 
(Not off topic) first thing army have right to use gun if a person didnt follow the orders and as you can see in provided pov they start shooting first..
 
(Not off topic) The army has the right to use firearms if an individual fails to comply with orders. As evidenced in the provided POV, it is clear that your gang members initiated the gunfire. Furthermore, the footage shows that "Tapu XD" was not restrained, and your gang members were seen aiming their weapons at our soldiers. Under these circumstances, the army was fully justified in taking defensive action. However, it is important to note that we did not fire the first shot.
 
As you can see in above pov we were having more members then army and army wasn't showing fear which leads to fear RP
 
(Not off topic) As you can see, sir, the soldier is not alone and did not raise his hands because he is within the army base. Furthermore, we had 4–5 units stationed at the base, and we are fully authorized to take defensive action against any individual or group posing a threat within the army’s territory.
 
(Not off topic) I was the most senior officer present at that time when honourable leader of los nomads louis ruin had come to our base when we have taken the player tapu XD in my custody for trespassing inside the restricted area of army base 1st time and second time we cuff him due to mister Tapu XD was wearing a mask how can we recognise him as a gang member so we treated him like a civilian and in mean time Sir lious ruin come in a gang car wearing a helmet as per rp I can't recognise him as he was a mask I told him multiple times to sir get down and talk but he. Don't agree and keep saying leave our member or i will kill you all i also said who are you which member due to rp but then a crowd of los nomads member vishu kapoor i don't really remember arrived and aim on our solider and and then firing started My point
1. How can I gang member call his friend or someone who is in custody (violation of meta gaming)
2. Any state or gang cannot be threatened at their own HEAD QUARTER
3. Any organisations have the right of firing if theire demand are not accepted on their own head quarter

In the starting of this situation I was playing with my friend he is new so I m standing on car and checking my backpack in that same time he enters in army base with car because he is new player so when I realised I m at army base and I m like going then 1 officer come and saying that don't shoot and then I also say that sir I m not shooting he tells me that I m arresting you and leading u outside the base and I telled him that sir I entered by mistake I m going my self don't worry but then he arrested me and leading outside the base and then one officer taking me to gunpoint I say him to down the gun but he didn't and he say what will you do so then I msg to our leader in org chat for help because I m on gunpoint

(Not off topic) I am saying on behalf of pov and i nothing said I only said that u can't go to army base without any reason.

Dear admin Sir I request to put one more charges that one of their members forcing our army soldier to release a hostage, stating, "Leave our gang member immediately, or I will kill all of you." This is an unrealistic threat and violates UB.

Furthermore, they blocked the base gate, violating Event Rule 1.3, which states that it is forbidden to block entery area
