Q.1.Leader for: Hospital
Q.2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I. I want to lead the hospital because I believe I can keep it running smoothly and make it even better. A good leader isn’t just about having a title—it’s about making sure everything is organized, the team is disciplined, and the hospital stays one of the best in RP Grand. I will make sure rules are followed, and everyone knows their role, so the hospital stays strong and respected.
II. A hospital is only as good as the people working in it. I will focus on hiring and training the best players who are serious about their roles. Everyone will have a clear job, fair promotions, and a chance to prove themselves. I also want to create a work environment where people enjoy their jobs and feel valued, so they stay motivated and perform at their best.
III. Working under Ivan Hinserberg and Astro Sir has been an invaluable learning experience. I started as a trainee and, through dedication and hard work, earned the Lab Technician role, where I helped enhance hospital efficiency and roleplay realism.
I take pride in mentoring staff, ensuring professionalism and a conflict-free work environment. My journey at HP has sharpened my leadership skills, preparing me for greater responsibilities ahead.
IV. I don’t want the hospital to just be a place where people come and go—I want it to be a key part of the RP Grand community. I will introduce fun and meaningful medical events, work with other organizations, and make sure we are active at all times by hiring people from different time zones. My goal is to make the hospital not just efficient, but also an exciting and respected place for everyone.
Q.3. "Your Advice for Improving Role play in the organisation"
I. Structured Recruitment & Interview Process
Recruitment and interview schedules will be announced in advance, ensuring that candidates are well-prepared.
This will prevent unnecessary spam in lobbies by players asking about recruitment, making the process more organized and professional.
A dedicated HR team will handle screening, shortlisting, and interview rounds, ensuring only the most capable individuals join the hospital.
II. Strengthening Night Shift Operations
The hospital tends to be less active during night hours, leading to delays in medical roleplay.
I will hire and schedule more night-shift employees to ensure 24/7 medical assistance.
This will improve response times, provide continuous healthcare services, and prevent RP scenarios from being disrupted due to a lack of staff.
III. A structured training program will be introduced where new employees learn the hospital's rules, roleplay etiquette, and the HP Charter before signing their contract.
The training will ensure that every recruit understands their responsibilities and performs their role professionally.
Employees will be tested on basic RP knowledge and hospital procedures before getting final approval to work in their designated role.
Expanding Medical Roleplay Scenarios
To make hospital roleplay more immersive, I will introduce various medical scenarios, including:
Surgeries – Players will undergo detailed surgical roleplay sessions, enhancing realism.
Regular Health Check-ups – Citizens can visit for routine medical exams, increasing engagement.
Emergency Cases – A well-defined system for handling critical injuries and trauma patients.
Specialized Departments – Expanding the roles of lab technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to enhance medical realism.
Ensuring Every Role Functions Properly
As the Leader of the Hospital, my top priority will be ensuring that every department operates smoothly and serves its designated purpose.
Employees will be assigned specific responsibilities, with regular performance reviews and feedback to improve their efficiency.
Collaboration between departments will be streamlined, ensuring that doctors, lab technicians, and ambulance services work together seamlessly.
Thank you
