2.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
- -I have been in city for a quite a bit of time and I have learnt a lot of things. This city I like a second home. I have seen many organisations in the city but Liberty have a special position in my heart. LIBERTY is one of the best crime organisation that I have looked up for many years and leading such an organisation is a dream project.
--I think I know the City rules very well and try to spread my knowledge to all my gang members. I think with my knowledge and leader I can use Liberty to teach people the proper way to RP/ know what to do in RP situations and what not to do. I am positive that I can teach some of the members the way RP properly without breaking any city rules, which would avoid people getting warning/demorgan/bans.
---I have good skills as leader ship, I don't want to file the right leader chose the right position for each gang member and I have good
vision of getting to know the right people in the right place at the right time, especially the recruiting employee, as he is the main factor in building the organization by testing people well because they are not doing a disruptive role play.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay in the organization?
-- As a leader of liberty I will try to take make as many hostage situations as possible.
-- As a Liberty gang leader I will make the gang the strongest gang in the whole ghetto and eventually liberty will control ghetto.
--- As a leader I will focus on my training department for frequent improvement in the shooting skills and tactics building. There are many players who want to join gang but doesn't have much knowledge this department will help them.
--- I believe the toxicity in any organisation is one of the things that keeps the organisation back from growing so I will try my best to remove all toxicity and domination from the organisation.
My goals as the leader:
• Rule the ghetto
• All successful COT
• As many hostage situations as possible
• Make good rp with everyone
