2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
• I Want to become the Leader of Liberty because I i want to changed my skill in high and I am in confidance that I handle the Liberty because I am in all gang, So I want to become Leader, and I am best player in gheeto because I know all Graffiti Areas, I know all small to small area in Gheeto.
• I give my full focus in the gang event and I give my many time in the gang I Royal for the Gang or RolePlay. I do all work in legal profession not in illegal profession. I am sure to say that any member not break any rules then gang got warn and i disappointed.
• I have the past experience in high rank so I handle the Leader Position and I have the many responsibility in the past organisation I know how to lead or give training of the member in the maintaining.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
• I make a strict rule in the Liberty Gang and i give training to all gang member for the high shooting skills. I motivate all gang member to do hard work for gang then you get promotion and I improve the position of the gang to reach in the highest peak.
• I check the all logs per day of the all gang member to see that gang member do work properly or improperly, I am attend minimum 10+ Events for the gang then the gang is improve and I am ready in 10-15 minutes to attend the Gang Events and I post reminder ingame and discord.
• All gang are not active many time but I do hard work then the maximum player whose interest in gang he join the Liberty Gang and Who player in the Liberty Gang He/She got lot of fun because we do Graffiti Per day, We rob the people, Gun shop, Atm and We attend many events more time.
• I give the rank to all player is Depending on her/his past experience and her/his interview. I make a new Question that ask in Interview it is fully related from RolePlay.
